If the Huskers had not lost to Va Tech and Iowa State, where would they be ranked? I think they would be in the Top 10, and Suh would be getting much more Heisman hype!

Thats why the thread is called If... If and butts were candy and nuts... It is to speculate and wonder at what could have been had certain things went differently.

It is certainly a thought that many Husker Fans would think given that we lost 2 games by 3 points. One basically on a Hail Mary and the other with 8 turnovers. So while it is true those things happened and what we have is what we got, it is a legit thought to say, damn, what could have been!

The Huskers could easily be 10-1 right now, it is not far fetched. And IF they were, where would they be ranked? They would be in the Top 10 and looking squarely at an at large invite to a BCS Bowl game!
