There are Rumors out there the Alabama and Nick Saban wants to Interview Mr. Watson for it's Offensive Cordinator job since Major Applewhite has left and went back to Texas. If he would interview with them and for some strange reason take the Job. I have a feeling that Bi might and maybe Bo would go back and pick his next one offensive Cordinator from LSU. Just my 2 cents

I heard this rumor too. In fact, the rumor is that Mr. Watson would double his salary if he went to Alabama as the O Coordinator. Personally, I think the Huskers shoud step up and pay the guy more to keep him, perhaps even match Alabama's offer. Loosing Watson now would hurt recruiting and possibly put a damper on the Offense for '08.

thinking back i would agree that they should match or pay him more. cause it was watson that went out and still recruited and it was also watson that personally traveled with a.d. osborne.

Pony up the cash and keep the guy! He has done well everywhere he has gone. The Husker O was 11th in the country mainly due to him IMO. Plus, we do not need any holes in the Husker boat right now.
